Tomatillo the restaurant strives to be as unique as the fruit, a Mexchester original. Our menu draws mainly from Mexico, but many of our fresh, seasonal ingredients come right from the Hudson Valley. We make everything fresh, from the chips to the guacamole. Our goal is to be inventive and healthy, delicious and affordable. We are Farm-to-Taco!
